    • Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch

  • Free Shipping – Via EMS (for orders over £50)
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Most items can be returned for a refund or exchange, except:

  • Dog Food (wet or dry): For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food products
  • Opened Health & Hygiene products: Items like shampoos or medications cannot be returned once opened
